Delete your account and data
Use this page to ask us to delete your account and the personal data held about you. It works for all fourteen apps, and you do not need to sign in or have the app installed.
If you use Khata, delete it in the app instead
Khata is the one app where you created your own account, so you can delete it yourself and it happens immediately — no waiting and no one else involved. Open Khata, go to Settings, and choose Delete account.
That removes your shop, your products, all of your customers along with their names, phone numbers and outstanding balances, every sale, and every credit ledger entry. It is immediate and permanent. There is no undo and no export, so write down anything you still need first.
Use the form below only if you cannot get into the app any more.
What this form does, and what it does not
This page cannot check that the phone number you type is really yours. If it deleted accounts on that basis alone, anyone could erase a stranger's shop or a colleague's work records by typing their number. So:
- Submitting the form records your request; it does not delete anything by itself.
- A person contacts you on the number you give, to confirm the request is yours.
- We respond within 30 days.
- We store your phone number, your chosen app and any note, only so we can act on the request. Once it is closed, that record is deleted after 90 days.
If your account came from your employer or supplier
In the thirteen apps other than Khata, your account was issued to you by a business. Your attendance, store visits and submitted evidence are that business's operating and audit records too, so deleting them is a decision we take with them, not one this form can make alone.
The quickest route is usually to ask your organization administrator directly. You can still use this form, and we will still respond — we will tell you plainly if some records must be kept and why.
